DataStaff is seeking a SharePoint Specialist Squad Leader for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in the Raleigh, NC area.
*This position is mostly remote; however, 1-2 days per month will be onsite for meetings
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and designing the architecture of SharePoint sites and their alignment with the application lifecycle.
- Supervise, train, and guide junior developers’ day-to-day work.
- Guide other development teams to ensure consistency with SharePoint architecture.
- Oversee SP development portfolio to ensure development standards are followed.
- Interface with business analysts to ensure development needs are met.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Extensive experience building very large SharePoint repositories with very complex security needs.
- Experience leading a development team.
- Strong SharePoint Administration understanding and will interface regularly with the SharePoint administration team.
- Experience creating out-of-the-box SharePoint solutions, VueJS Apps, PowerShell for SharePoint, CSOM, SharePoint, Nintex, and Power Automate workflows.
- Be very familiar with Asp.net C# development, particularly with interfacing with SharePoint
Required Skills:
- 3 Years - Experience Supervising SharePoint development teams.
- 7 Years - Ability to integrate SharePoint on premise with other custom IT solutions & guide other IT teams in solution development.
- 7 Years - Experience architecting SharePoint SE sites, SP Search, building VueJS PWA with SP rest api. SharePoint PowerShell scripting, CSOM, Workflows
Desired Skills:
- 5 Years - SharePoint SE on premise administration & architecture experience. Ability to clearly articulate needs to SharePoint admin team.
